The platform
Five layers. No dashboard you have to interpret.
Overstacx doesn't replace your CRM or your ERP. It sits between them, catching what falls through the gap, and tells you exactly what it's worth.
- Step 01
Connect
Read-only OAuth into your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and your ERP or accounting system (NetSuite or QuickBooks Online). Nothing is migrated. Nothing is written back without your approval.
- Step 02
Normalize
Every opportunity, invoice, purchase order, and inventory record is mapped into one canonical shape, regardless of which system it came from — so a deal in Salesforce and an invoice in NetSuite can actually be compared.
- Step 03
Match
Accounts and deals are linked across systems — deterministically first (exact name matches), then by confidence-scored matching for anything without a clean key. Anything below the confidence threshold goes to a human review queue instead of being guessed at.
- Step 04
Detect
A set of rules run continuously: deals closed with no invoice, invoice amounts that don't match what was sold, inventory sitting at or below its reorder point, purchase orders stuck open past a reasonable window. Each finding carries a real number, not just a flag.
- Step 05
Resolve
Findings route to a named owner, get a note and a scheduled follow-up if needed, and stay tracked until they're actually closed — so you can see, in real numbers, what got fixed.
Talk to it
Ask how the business is doing. Get a real answer.
Overstacx includes a voice assistant that talks through what’s actually happening — open findings, quarterly pacing against your targets, which accounts have gone quiet. Every number it says comes from a live lookup against your real, synced data in that moment. It never estimates, and it never invents a figure to sound more useful.
Tell it a contact is on vacation until a certain date, and it logs the note and can schedule the follow-up itself — so the account doesn’t get flagged as neglected while everyone already has a plan. Ask it to draft a message for a stalled account, client-facing or an internal nudge, and it shows up on screen ready to copy and send.

Know where you stand
Set a target. Watch real progress against it.
Set a yearly quota and quarterly targets, and Overstacx tracks progress against them automatically — computed live from your actual closed-won deals, not a manual spreadsheet someone forgets to update.
For periods before Overstacx was connected, enter what actually happened once, as a baseline — last year, the year before. Everything from the moment you connect forward is real, live, and never re-entered.
What it will not do
Nothing writes back to your systems without a person approving it first.
Overstacx is read-only against your CRM and ERP. It will surface a finding and suggest an action — draft an email, flag an account, assign an owner — but nothing is created or changed in your systems of record automatically. A CFO signing off on a $40,000 gap should see the underlying records, not just trust a summary.
